The OSCARS are here. Everyone freak out!

Hello beautiful people,

I am sure by now everyone knows that THE FREAKIN' OSCARS happened last night. Yes that's right, the 87th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood where the most talented actors gathered to attend the most gorgeous event of the year.

The host of this year's show was none other than the comedy genius: Neil Patrick Harris who slayed it on stage:

His opening monologue turned into a musical number and it was the perfect way to kick off things at Hollywood's biggest night. NPH was joined on stage by fellow actors Anna Kendrick and Jack Black and together made us even more excited about the Oscars then we already were.

Oh, he also showed up on stage in his undies... no biggie:

Anyway moving on, some of the big winners of the night were:

~ Birdman - Best Picture 

~ Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu (Birdman) - Best Director

~ Eddie Redmayne (The Theory of Everything) - Best Actor

~ Julianne Moore (Still Alice) - Best Actress

~ J. K. Simmons (Whiplash) - Best Supporting Actor

~ Patricia Arquette (Boyhood) - Best Supporting Actress

And as always, here are the stars who walked down the red carpet lookin' absolutely gorgeous:

Some of the memorable moments from last night's Oscars were:

~ when Idina Menezel got revenge for last year's Adele Dazeem moment ~

~ and then when John Travolta touched Idina's face... a lot.

Someone teach this man about personal space ~

~ when John Legend and Common gave this superb performance of 'Glory' from 'Selma'.

I have one word for their performance: FLAWLESS ~

~ when their performace was so emotional  that brought even Chris Pine to tears ~

~ when Eddie Redmayne couldn't deal with his feelings when he 

went onto the stage to accept his Oscar ~

~ when Patricia Arquette gave the most awesome speech.

Go, Patricia! ~ 

~ and when Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lopez reacted like this to Patricia's statement speech ~

2015 Awards Season ended and Leonardo DiCaprio still hasn't won an Oscar... Next year, Leo, next year!

And so, the Awards Season has come to an end... oh so sad.. so sad. What are we gonna do till next year?!
