Quick review NYFW & LFW

Hello sweethearts,
I know I am a bit late (ok, I am very late) but since the Big 4 in fashion is coming to an end in a couple of days. I figured I should post a quick review of what happened during New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week, and by "happened" I mean which were the most exquisite creations worn by models on the runway.

That been said, let's have a look at what the designers have created for the next season at NYFW which opened the Big 4 back in February:

1. Jason Wu

 2. Rebecca Minkoff

3. Herve Leger by Max Azria

4. Alexander Wang

 5. Carolina Herrera

 6. Tommy Hilfiger

7. Denis Basso

8. Zac Posen

9. Badgley Mischka

 10. Oscar de la Renta

11. Michael Kors

12. Marchesa

13. Ralph Lauren

My personal favourites were Marchesa (which, in my opinion, hasn't had a collection this ***FLAWLESS in a long time - that '20s vibe though), Badgley Mischka and Michael Kors. But I need to say this has been one of the most impeccable NYFW I've seen in years. So many amazing collections it is hard to choose one that I like more than the other. Seriously, the designers who've presented their collections for Fall 2015 at New York have outdone themselves... in a big way! Well done for everyone!

Now, it is time for the next Fashion Week that took place in England, and that is London Fashion Week, which took place from the 20th until the 24th of February.

1. Bora Aksu

 2. Julien Macdonald

 3. Mulberry

 4. Temperley London

5. Topshop Unique

6. Mary Katrantzou

 7. Burberry Prorsum

Well, during LFW, there weren't as many striking collections as I imagined. Some creations were truly superb, like I am used to see at London, while some creations were just weird, and by "weird" I don't mean eccentric, I mean actually weird. Anyway, my favourites were Julien Macdonald's collection and Temperley London's collection.

Well, that was all for now from NY and London fashion weeks,

Until the next time ... I'm watching you,
xoxo
