Hello darlings,
How's your September so far? Is it good? You're having fun? Probably not since everybody basically has to go back to work / school. Anyway... as compared to most of the normal people with jobs from 9 to 5, celebrities are still having a lot of fun, enjoying themselves during glamorous events. Even if they win or not, they sure have a lot of fun dressing in those expensive gowns and suits, meeting their fellow stars, and drinking and eating at the after parties.
That's pretty much what happened last night at the Microsoft Theatre where the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards took place. The event was hosted by Andy Samberg for the first time. Here is the actor's funny opening monologue:
Some of the winners of the night were "Veep", "Inside Amy Schumer", Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jon Hamm, Viola Davis, Peter Dinklage, Uzo Aduba and Bill Murray. Also "Game of Thrones" set a new record by winning 12 awards.
Also here are some of the gorgeous stars who attended the Emmys last night. Actually can we all just take a second to appreciate their beauty? These were some classy red carpet appearances... no funny outfits, no outrageous wardrobe malfunctions, no vulgar outfits. Just beautiful and talented people, looking absolutely stunning:
Some of the most important and hilarious moments of the night were:
~ when Amy Schumer grabbed her boobs and danced on the red carpet ~
~ when the Amys were their true selves while presenting
Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series ~
~ when Jon Hamm made an original entrance on stage
after finally winning an Emmy ~
~ when Tracy Morgan made a return to the stage with this joke ~
~ and when Amy Poehler was the most fashionable star in the
audience after she lost an Emmy ~
And finally here are some of the winners in the press room, posing proudly with their awards:
Well, that was all from this year's Emmys. As you can see the celebs had a blast despite the heat that had everyone sweat their arse off on the red carpet. As I said before the Emmys 2015 were very elegant and quite mature from the looks of it. And I do hope we'll get to see more of this sort of awards show in the future.
That was all for now,
Until the next time ... I'm watching you,
xoxo
