Goodbye, 2013!

Leaving everything aside, when we look back at 2013 we see that no matter what obstacles intervened in our lives, we always found a way to overcome the hardships we have faced; and even in the hardest moments, God always gave us strength and brought us together as one.

"People are mean and the world is filled with spite" some might say, but in times of need, people, people you know or you've never met in your life, will come and be there for you.

Now as 2013 ends, let's see what brought us together, from devastating to happy moments of our lives from this year.

Be kind to the people around you and spread love, cuz' then love you shall receive .
Well, that was all I had to say... it is the end of the year so I'm allowed to get a bit emotional.

I wish all, my darlings, a Happy New Year and all the best in the world!

That was all for 2013,
Until next year … I’m watching you

Cutest couples of 2013

Hello darlings,
Well, after we reviewed what we've listened this year and who got on our nerves the most, it's time to see who were the cutest couples of 2013. Singers, actors, royals, I have the whole package here with the sweetest couples that really made us "aww" this year.
So here we go, the most awesome couples of 2013:

1. Prince William and Kate Middleton
Kate and Will have been one of the most famous and loved couples ever since they announced their engagement three years ago. They are young, beautiful, royals, and this year they welcomed a new member into their family- little Prince George (just look how cute he is in the photo above). So, in one word they are... perfect.

2. Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z
They sure are the most powerful couple in the music industry and one of the most beautiful couples in showbiz. They both had a big year and it was only fair to end 2013 with a collaboration between the two, "Drunk In Love", recorded for Queen Bee's fifth album (which was pretty shocking... OK, fine, it blew our minds and we totally didn't expect it - even though she dropped a few hints along the year).

3. David and Victoria Beckham
David and Victoria have been married since 1999 and they are going strong now more than ever. They have like the most beautiful family: three sons and a cute little daughter. They support eachother (David is often present at Victoria's Fashion Shows and Vic was by David's side at "The Class of 92" movie premiere). So like I said, they are the hottest and sweetest family ever.

4. Barack and Michelle Obama
Well, of course I'm gonna include the First Family of the United States in this top. The President of USA alongside his wife, Michelle, and their 2 daughters, Malia and Natasha, are one of the most important and beautiful families in the world. And they seem to be more united and happy than ever.

5. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
The beautiful couple, who got married in 2012 in Italy, are one of the cutest. He is one of the most awesome singers ever and she is a beautiful actress, of course I put them in this top. Justin actually said that when he's sick, his wife, Jessica takes care of him, aww, just how cute is that?  Now, we can only wait for a little baby to appear.

6. Katy Perry and John Mayer
OMG, just look at them. They are simply adorable! Now, when I saw these 2 together at the Grammys earlier this year, I immediately said they are meant to be. They are so, so cute, and not to mention that their collaboration "Who You Love" is absolutely perfect, and the music video is .....literally too much to handle.

7. Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady
When the Brazilian model and New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, go out for a stroll with their children, it's like they go for a photoshoot, looking all glamorous and lovely like the perfect family. Seriously, they are like one of those happy families that you see in magazines or commercials, only they are for real. And it's an absolute delight to see pictures from their vacations. I love 'em!

8.Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck
They are like the most adorable thing ever. They are, both, awesome parents and amazing actors, so I guess they are pretty cool and they deserve to be in our top, besides, they look super cute together. Ben and Jennifer, together with their daughters Violet and Seraphina and their son Samuel, are what I call: "A Perfect Hollywood Family".

9. Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan
This photo is one of the cutest photos I've seen this year. It is simply A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E.
2013 sure was an important year for the Tatums since their beautiful little daughter, Everly came into the world this year in May.They are one of the hottest couples from Hollywood and I can't wait to hear more about them.

10. Robin Thicke and Paula Patton
Aren't these 2 cute? Of course they are, and their love story is even cuter. Robin began dating Paula when he was 16, so in 2005 he actually married his high-school sweetheart. Oh, I love these kind of stories; it sounds like  it's a TV series story, you know when they meet in high-school and their love is so powerful that  they still stick together, by eachother side years after that, and then they have beautiful kids and... well this is pretty much what happened with Robin and Paula. What is there not to love about them?

So here we are, the end of my top 10 cutest couples of 2013. They are all adorable and I love them.

That was all for now,
Until next time … I’m watching you

What we listened in 2013

Hello darlings,
So like I told you a few days ago, it's again that time of the year when we have to review all the crazy things that happened this year. And since I already told you about the 5 most annoying people of 2013; it's now time, to review the songs that we heard this year literally everywhere we went. Remember how we couldn't even breathe without hearing "What rhymes with hug me?" -well, guess what, Robin, a lot of things rhyme with hug me, you genius.
So here is a top with the songs that defined 2013:

25. "Counting Stars" - OneRepublic
24. "Radioactive" - Imagine Dragons
23. "Heart Attack" - Demi Lovato
22. "Applause" - Lady Gaga
21. "Come & Get It" - Selena Gomez
20. "Let Her Go" - Passanger
19. "I Need Your Love" - Calvin Harris ft. Ellie Goulding
18. "I Knew You Were Trouble" - Taylor Swift
17. "Started From The Bottom" - Drake
16. "Treasure" - Bruno Mars
15. "Cups" - Anna Kendrik (it all started with Pitch Perfect)
14. "I Love It" - Icona Pop ft Charli XCX
13. "Talk Dirty" - Jason Derulo
12. "Wake Me Up" - Avicii
11. "Scream & Shout" - Britney Spears ft. will.I.am

10. "Mirrors" - Justin Timberlake
Now, I love JT and I love this beautiful song and the fact that he paid tribute to his grandparents in the "Mirrors" video, but thank God, Justin Timberlake is back in the game, making music. I don't know what to say about his acting career, but sweetheart, you are a genius when it comes to rock the stage. Trust me on this one. So here's one reason why 2013 was awesome: JT is back and he's making awesome music.
(apparently there is some sort of problem with the video and I can't post it but here's the official audio)

9. "Summertime Sadness" - Lana Del Rey
Lana is a very beautiful and talented singer, and this song is one of her best songs. Even though it was released in 2012, that didn't keep Lana from making big waves this year with her single. But seriously now, it seemed to be played a bit too often on the radio.Well, at least is a good song. Go Lana!

8. "Best Song Ever" - One Direction
Now, this phenomen-boyband has brain-washed every single teenage girl. And it isn't enough that they are constantly in the centre of attention without even doing anything interesting, but when they have a new song out, it seems like the female population on the Earth just explodes with joy and excitement. And their video for "Best Song Ever" seems to put, practically, everyone in some sort of trance. Wake up people, they aren't that special.

7. "Royals" - Lorde
Perhaps the "Royals" singer, Lorde, might be a bit more special than what we are used to, but she sure made it big this year. The lyrics of her song are saying that she and her friends, basically don't give a damn about money and all those fancy things that the rappers always sing about.
So, with some rude comments on Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and other famous people, and being BFF with Taylor Swift (they celebrated T's birthday together in Australia with a garden party -- even though I don't fully understand how she disses Sel but in the same time she's Tay's bestfriend; after all Selena and Taylor are the ultimate Hollywood BFFs ), our New Zealander made it on top in a short time.

6. "Get Lucky" - Daft Punk ft Pharrell Williams
The French electronic music duo and Pharrell have one of the most played songs of 2013. "Get Lucky" sure is one of the songs that defined this year by constantly being heard out of our speakers. The song reached the top ten in the music charts of over 32 countries; and it also has 2 nominations for The Grammys.

5. "Roar" - Katy Perry
The Queen of Pop did not disappointed nor this year. "Roar" is her eighth number one song on the US Billboard Hot 100 and it also reached number one in various charts including Australia, Canada, Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand and UK. Katy's "Roar" performance at the 2013 VMAs under the Brooklyn Bridge will remain in history as one of the most awesome performance from the VMAs ever. Despite that Katy Perry was criticized by PETA for the presence of exotic animals in the music video, the song still got 2 nominations at the 56th Grammy Awards.

4. Can't Hold Us" - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis ft Ray Dalton
The american rapper, Macklemore sure had a big year. With "Thrift Shop", then with "Same Love" and with the third single from album The Heist "Can't Hold Us", Macklemore and Ryan Lewis managed to be present in our playlists all this year. "Can't Hold Us" reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100, making it their second number one hit in the United States. The "Can't Hold Us" music video is nominated for Best Music Video at the 2014 Grammys.

3. "The Fox (What Does The Fox Say?)" - Ylvis
The Norwegian brothers have had one of the biggest hits of 2013. Their catchy song ended up being sang by almost everyone this year. And the great mystery of the 'What does the fox say?' was finally solved (to be honest I had this dilemma when I was little as well). "The Fox" might be called the "Gangnam Style" of 2013, but unfortunately the Ylvis brothers don't intend to release any album.

2. "Blurred Lines" - Robin Thicke ft. T.I., Pharrell
Now, aren't we all sick of this song? Even though at the beginning it seemed to be just a catchy cheeky little song, eventually it all turned into an obsession, ending up being played on the radio tens times / day. The lyrics? Disastrous. The video? Just what's with all the hashtags? And that goat? WTF!?... And why on Earth would they make even an unrated video? Did they needed as a soundtrack for a porn movie or something? Whatever, this whole thing might be a bit exaggerated but we have to admit that we had a big laugh watching the parodies that are all over the internet.

1. "Wrecking Ball" - Miley Cyrus
And finally our number one... I'd tell you guys to guess it, but since I already wrote it in the row above, I'm gonna just start with: "SURPRISE!!!" Did you expect this to be number one? I know you didn't. Well this year Miley was everywhhhhheerre, if you wanted to send an email -BAM- Miley, if you wanted to make a phone call - Miley, if you wanted to just watch TV - Miley, if you wanted to listen to some music- Miley, if you opened your fridge - a chicken that remembers you of Miley twerking. But if you'll try to forget her performances this year and her videos, you will realise that you actually liked her songs from this year. Right? Anyway, lickin' a hammer and standing on a wrecking ball naked ( let's just hope that constructors don't take Miley's example...now that would be terrifying) made out of this beautiful song a total disaster. But it's still the most famous hit in 2013.

So this was the top 25 songs of 2013.

That was all for now,
Until next time … I’m watching you

Most annoying sh*t of 2013

Hello my beautiful snowflakes,
So now that we are almost at the middle of December and the New Year is getting closer and closer, it's time to review all sorts of things that happened this year. And today, we'll review the people that we are so sick of.
2013 was one crazy year, all the bullsh*t celebrities pulled off and all the overly exposed drama was really not that necessary. Let's face it: sometimes, it seemed like the mass-media just shove Miley Cyrus and her butt in your face and we had enough of this.
So here we are, 5 of the most annoying people of 2013:

5. Amanda Bynes
Well... this year's press was definitely full with Amanda Bynes scandals. Either she was being arrested, or caught doing drugs, or tweeting that she wants Drake to murder her v-jay-jay, Amanda surely was in the centre of attention this year. But despite all this headlines, Amanda was committed to a Mental Hospital and she's solving all her issues. So even though she had quite a tumultuous year, Amanda Bynes is going to have some peaceful holidays with her parents. Well... I guess all's well that ends well.

4. Harry Styles and his love life
Ever since he hooked up with Miss Taylor Swift.. -BOOM- .. Harry Styles is everywhere.
Is he dating this model, or that model, or the other model? Is he gonna get back together with T. Swizzle? Did he spend a night with a stripper? Is he gay? Is he dating Kendall Jenner? What does Taylor have to say about this? ...Ughh. I can't HENDALL this anymore, just STOP! For the love of God, please, stooooooop.
I know I love a good, juicy drama, but this? This is crap and who cares if he had dinner with Kendal Jenner? You aren't expecting them to starve, are you? Don't make such a big deal out of it, and don't get all crazy cause you saw them leaving a hotel together. It just happens: they are young, rich, famous and ready to have fun; of course they will make some Midnight Memories together, DUH...

3. Kimye
If there's one thing we've had enough this year, that would be the "KIMYE" ship. Both Kim and Kanye were literally everywhere you looked. I mean, I would've understand if they were one of those cute couples that you're so willing to find out more about and you love them together and you just react with "awww" at everything they do, but NO, Kim and Kanye have the amazing talent to just make you never open your TV again. If you don't believe me, just watch Kanye's 'Bound 2' video. Now, I get that they are one of the most famous couples in showbiz, but I really don't need to know exactly EVERYTHING about them. Sure, it's so amazing they had a daughter (who they named *cough* North West) and they are getting married and they are so happy, but STOP shoving Kimye in our faces. Thank you!

2. Justin Bieber and and his shirtlessness
2013 was a year full with Justin Bieber's selfies. And in 99% of them, he was of course, shirtless. Now... the teen heartthrob didn't stop just at a few photos on his Instagram, no, he took off his shirt and started walking, with no apparent reason, shirtless in the middle of the night in London, which wasn't exactly the tropics, then he got shirtless for his fragrance commercial and then, again for his video. Now we can only conclude that El Biebo is in a pretty sad faze after he broke up with his beloved Selena Gomez, and this is his way to exteriorize his feelings.
So, Justin, just because you're allergic to wearing shirts, it doesn't mean that we always have to see you naked on top. Maybe you could try to put on some material next time you go out in public. The world will thank you (probably not the whole world, but let's hope your beliebers will stay with you even if you'll be wearing a top). Oh, and I almost forgot, maybe you could also try to buy a belt. You know, they are usefull.

1.Miley Cyrus
Just one question: who remembers the funny cute little Hannah Montana? The answer: NO ONE, because Miley Cyrus killed her, she frickin' buried her and she let us in complet horror. Yes, Miley Cyrus murdered Hannah Montana with her nigga wannabe attitude and her fake twerking.
So yeah... Miley's name was on everyone's lips this year. I don't know what she wanted to prove, but she sure proved something ....that she's dumb. From chopping off her hair and breaking up with Liam to smoking weed on stage and licking a hammer, you would think it's a long way... but Miley Cyrus succeded that in less than a year. So in her desperate attempt to...-I don't even know what she tried to achieve, but probably it was- fame and attention (which she sure gained) Miley left speechless every single creature on Earth. And her constant presence sure made us sick of all her bullsh*t. Now, for 2014, Miley I advise you to stop sticking your tongue out that often or not at all, if it's possible, stop trying to twerk because ...well... you kinda fail (I know the truth hurts) and maybe you'll try to appear in public less naked. Good luck!

Well, these were the people that we sure heard off about a million times this year.

That was all for now,
Until next time … I’m watching you
xoxo

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Hello my fabulous darlings,
How is your December so far? Are you excited about 'CHRISTMAAAAAS'??
I'm totally in the Christmas spirit, but if you're not excited about the holiday season, do what I'm about to tell you, because ain't nothing better than getting cozy in your bed under a warm blanket with a hot chocolate, while outside is snowing and your christmas tree lights the room.
Sooo, because is my duty to bring the cheer upon you, here are the best Christmas movies to put you in the right mood for the most beautiful holiday of the year:

1. Home Alone 1 & 2

There's nothing better than to watch the funny adventures of little Kevin on a freezing night. They're 2 wonderful movies that will remember you about your childhood (maybe not the part when Kevin's parents forgot him at home or the part when he was almost robbed).

2. How the Grinch Stole Christmas

This movie, with a very young and cute Taylor Momsen and Jim Carrey, will definitely melt your heart. If you have any "Grinch" in the family watch this movie with them and they'll definitely be under the spell of Christmas.

3. Miracle on 34th Street

The 1994 version of the movie presents us a six-year-old Susan who has doubts about the biggest mystery from our childhood - Santa Claus. But when Susan meets a very special Santa Claus in a department store, she is given the most precious gift - something to believe in.

4. A Christmas Carol

We have again Jim Carrey in a Christmas movie; this time in an adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic novel about a miserable and bitter old man, Scrooge, who is visited on Christmas Eve by the Ghost of Christmas Past, Ghost of Christmas Present and Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, only to wake up in time to change his horrible personality and enjoy Christmas.

5. Elf

The 2003 movie starring Will Ferrell presents us the story of one special elf, Buddy, who learns about his true identity as a human, and goes to New York City to meet his biological father. Enjoy this movie and take Buddy's example: to spread Christmas cheer all around the world.

6. Love Actually

Love Actually is a 2003 British Christmas-themed romantic comedy. The film presents different aspects of love shown through ten separate stories. So make yourself a tea or a hot chocolate and enjoy this film with Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Alan Rickman, Keira Knightley, Rowan Atkinson and other big names.

7. The Polar Express

The 2004 movie is based on the children's book with the same title by Chris Van Allsburg. So get on board The Polar Express and enjoy the adventure of a young boy who questions his belief in Santa Claus, but ends up believing in the spirit of Christmas and being selected by Santa to receive "The First Gift of Christmas".

8. The Holiday

This romantic comedy will take you on the both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, as it presents two women that temporarily exchange homes to escape heartbreak during the holiday season. Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black will make you laugh and cry in a cold night of winter.

So, if you haven't seen these movies, take a break from decorating your house, make yourself a pudding and relax while watching one of this movies. Enjoy!

That was all for now,
Until next time … I’m watching you

Amazing performances from the AMAs

Hello darlings,
So last night , famous faces from the music industry, and not only, gathered at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to attend the American Music Awards.
Beautiful performances, glamorous stars and inspiring speeches (like Macklemore's message about racial profiling: "I want to acknowledge Trayvon Martin and the hundreds and hundreds of kids who are dying each year due to racial profiling") made last night a special night.
Anyway, besides the fact that Lady Gaga came on the red carpet "riding" some sort of alien horse carried by 2 men, nothing out of order happened.

So yea, that was quite...... interesting !?

Now let's have a look on the red carpet:

And now, let's see what happened on the stage:

And here are a few photos from the Press Room:

And now, after you saw the photos of the evening, let's see some of the performances from last night:
(Katy Perry opened the night performing Unconditionally in a kimono. I gotta say that she looks absolutely adorable in that cherry blossoms kimono)

(Ariana Grande and her amazing voice. No more words needed)

(Jennifer Lopez paid tribute to Celia Cruz and her colorful performance
made everyone to want to dance)

(Lady Gaga and R. Kelly decided to treat us with a presidential themed performance

(Miley Cyrus performed Wrecking Ball. Just one question: am I the only one who doesn't understand what's with the cat?)

(The boys from One Direction made the girls scream of excitement
when they performed Story Of My Life)

(And here we have the EPIC performance
from Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, live from Miami, FL)

That was all from L.A.
Until next time … I’m watching you
